Preheat oven to 375° F.
Place parsley seasonings and breadcrumbs in a basin together and mix
Beat egg, pinch of salt and water.
Dust fish with flour.
Coat fish with beaten egg mixture.
Dredge fish in breadcrumbs and place in an ovenproof dish
Place butter on top of fish cover with lid or foil.
Bake at 375° F. for about 40 minutes.
